Privacy and data handling
What this site collects, where it is kept, who can see it, and what it does not do. Last updated: 2026-10-22.
Where it is kept and who can see it
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. The paid checkout is processed by Stripe. Transactional email, including the change watch, is sent through SendGrid. Account and usage records, where they exist, are held in Supabase in Sydney. Those four are the only processors. No advertising network, no data broker and no third party analytics script is used on the public pages.
What the free check collects
Nothing. The six answers are read in your browser and are not sent to the server, stored or emailed. The page has no account and no form action. If you clear the page, the answers are gone.
What a purchase collects
Stripe collects the email address, the billing details and the payment method needed to complete the purchase and to issue a receipt. The site receives the fact of payment and the session identifier needed to release the kit files. It does not receive or store your card number.
What the watch collects
The email address attached to the Stripe subscription and the subscription status. It is used to send the change email and nothing else. No marketing, no newsletter and no tracking pixel. Every email link is a plain URL.
Cookies and logs
The public pages do not set an advertising cookie. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs for security and delivery. Stripe sets the cookies its checkout needs. The site does not run a third party analytics script on the public pages.
Your choices
You can cancel the watch from the Stripe receipt or by emailing support. You can ask what is held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted by emailing support@theartofservice.com. A request is answered within a reasonable period, and the identity of the requester is checked before any record is changed.
Children
The site is a business product and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from a child.
