Terms, accuracy and liability
The terms on which this record, the free check, the kit and the watch are provided. Last updated: 2026-10-22.
Accuracy
This site states the public material in our own words. It is a reading, not the official text, and it is not legal advice. The public sample of the draft does not carry clauses 4 to 10, and the pages say so. Check the official source before you rely on any line, and check the law of your own jurisdiction separately. If a line here disagrees with the official publication, the official publication wins.
No certification, endorsement or validation
Nothing on this site certifies, endorses, validates or approves any organisation, product or process. The ISO record names no certification scheme for this document. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO or IEC, or by any national standards body. ISO and IEC are the publishers of the standard this record describes. Product names and standard numbers are used for identification only.
Trademarks and copyright
ISO, IEC and the standard designations are the trademarks or published identifiers of their owners. This site does not reproduce the licensed text of ISO/IEC 27555 or any other standard. Clause titles and defined terms are used for identification; every requirement and evidence line is our own statement. If you believe a line infringes a right, email support with the page and the source and it is reviewed.
Purchases, delivery and refunds
The kit is a one off payment of USD 799 in US dollars and is delivered from the paid return page as PDF, CSV and XLSX. The watch is a subscription of USD 49 a month or USD 490 a year and can be cancelled from the Stripe receipt. If the kit is not what the page describes, email support within 14 days and the payment is refunded. The kit is licensed to the organisation that buys it; do not resell it or publish it.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition or warranty that the Australian Consumer Law gives and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, the liability of The Art of Service is limited, at its option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Where the failure is a major failure, the buyer may reject the service and obtain a refund or compensation as the law allows.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision taken on the basis of this record without checking the official source and the applicable law. The record is a research and drafting aid, not a substitute for professional advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non exclusive jurisdiction. The contact address is support@theartofservice.com.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the changelog records it.
