Know when the record moves

What triggers an email

• The ISO stage number or its date changes, for example from 40.60 to 40.99 or 50.00.
• The title, the page count, the committee, the ICS or the price on the ISO record changes.
• The public contents changes: a clause or subclause is added, removed or renamed.
• The public sample changes in a held part: the scope, the terms, the introduction or clauses 5.1 to 5.5.
• The planning date or the edition in force changes in this record.

What it sends

The field that changed, the old value and the new value, the date it was read, and the link to the page on this site that carries it. No attachments, no marketing, no newsletter, no tracking pixel.

How often

The refresh runs on a schedule and compares the live ISO record and the public sample against this record. An email is sent only when the comparison finds a change. Most months it sends nothing, which is the point.

Stopping

Use the Stripe customer portal link on the receipt, or email support and the subscription is cancelled. There is no retention flow, no phone call and no exit survey.

What it cannot see

It cannot see the licensed text you may hold, or a change that ISO makes to a page it does not publish. It watches the public record and the public sample. If a change matters to you and the public record does not show it, the watch will not invent it.
